Relieve stress, cultivate a clear mind and a strong body during our retreat.
Since being in a bent-over position is the norm for cyclists, shoulders, lower back, and hips can become tight. Yoga can help loosen these muscles, as well as strengthen them.
The Wasatch Retreat is holding a 45 minute gentle yoga session each morning to counteract these effects of cycling. The yoga sessions will be ideal for this road cycling retreat, with recovering muscles in mind to balance out the hard work we will do throughout the week. Give yourself this time of restorative yoga flow.
